It’s a modern, newly renovated 3‑bedroom home in upper Glengariff Road, Sea Point. Two bedrooms are en‑suite, and the third has a bathroom directly next to it. The main bedroom is upstairs on its own with incredible views. The other two open onto the garden.

The living areas are open‑plan, lounge, dining room, playroom, bar and guest toilet, all flowing onto a large patio and pool with beautiful open views. There’s also a separate downstairs entertainment room with a pool table and TV. The pool isn’t fenced, so not suitable for small children.

The house is quiet, high up the road, with long‑term neighbours and a double garage with direct access. My nanny would stay on to work during the rental.
